Gondola, Anyone?

This weekend was the first outdoor Wesley@CMU event...we went canoeing on the Chippewa River and stayed the night outside in a tent! It was very exciting. This morning, canoeing back into town, I discovered that I was capable of canoeing while standing up. And the idea was apparently contagious...

Contagious, but not wise. Can you
say "Center of Gravity"? Can you say "Stability"? Can you say "unplanned swim", "missing articles", "wet sleeping bag"?
Hey, you've never said anything about MSU's gardens. They must be somewhat past their prime now, but I used to plan my walks to pass thru them whenever possible.

Here's the thing, Jon...I have this thing called "balance." And the sleeping bags were by that point in Mum's car. The stuff we needed with us was in this wonderful invention called "plastic bags."

So I'm an uncle who worries about his favorite niece.

lol. Thanks, Jon. I wouldn't have fallen far...but I wasn't worried about it at all. And Mum wasn't around, so there wasn't that worry...
