These are both from the same source. Surely they do know that you have received double awards!?
Quick, collect the money fast! If they don't want to give you both, see if they will apply one to next year.

The merit award is listed as $1500 on the website, though, so it may be that they combine to one award through separate funding. I think I should be good!
