Students for Peace and Justice

I had a meeting tonight with Students for Peace and Justice...not much explanation needed. They were very active several years ago, and then the group kind of died (I'm guessing somebody graduated). For PHL 353, a practicum is required; last year, a few students from the class decided to get the group going again. So here we are. I'm planning to take a leadership role for my practicum, and I really enjoy the other key members of the group. The advisor is a Quaker...it was fun to talk to him about Pine River Friends in Mount Pleasant and other churches.
