Health Care Debate

I think this pretty much sums up my feelings:
"‎Chris Heffner‎‎ ‎keeps hearing the Republicans say that the American people want to completely start over on the health care bill, but... I mean... regardless of what you think of the current health care bill... does anyone REALLY want another year and two months of constant health care coverage?"

I want more coverage and you should too. After all you're the one who's going to get stuck with the bill. The old expression was garbage in--garbage out and that's exactly what the info was that was fed to the Congressional Budget Office. REPENT ! REPENT ! I've already seen my rate go up because they cut the subsidy for medicare advantage to gain the support of AARP (which doesn't sell policies with medicare advantage). You'll notice stocks of insurance companies all jumped following the signing, partially because they didn't include a provision for selling insurance across state lines.

I think information should be available, certainly. My roommate Googled the health care bill and, instead of finding information about what it contained, news stories about the fact that people we're trying to find information. Good grief!
