Campus Crusade for Christ

People walked up to me in the caf and asked if I wouldn't mind taking a survey about my spiritual life. And I of course said "sure." They were from Campus Crusade for Christ...haha. That was fun. We had chats about universalism. 'Twas enjoyable. Mostly they said "huh." "I see." "That makes sense." It was very fun.

Idea for future reference:
Next time, manage to say something controversial enough that they challenge you. Then say "I'm sure if I'm wrong on such an important subject, God will strike me dead."
Then slump over suddenly half way through your next sentence.

But seriously, hope your conversation was fruitful.

Just think how happy you could have made them if you played dumb and then let them "convert you"!

Thank you, Papa. I was debating how challenging to be...there were times when one of the girl looked thoughtful. A lot of "I never thought about that"s came up. I doubt it will do anything long-term, but who knows.

Jon! Shame on you. I wouldn't call them weak-minded. Just susceptible to emotional marketing...

Hmmph. I attended a Cru bible study for a while. And I'm also susceptible to emotional marketing. Does anyone have a use for a dozen WTF Blankets?

Also, you might be able to get some Campus Crusade for Cthulu tshirts here: http://www.geocities.com/metropolexx/
